B2B Sales Associate
The B2B Sales Associate will act as a key account manager for their clients and ensure that client's needs are understood and satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients, building long-term relationships.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities and upsell accessories and devices.
- Process orders, confirm payments, and coordinate shipping logistics.
- Handle client complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure a positive resolution.
- Continuously improve the overall customer experience by gathering feedback.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Associate.
- Solid understanding of the mobile phone and electronics wholesale market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and present effective solutions to client needs.
Education & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred.
- Technical: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Excel).
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales or the electronics industry.
